RETURN POLICY

We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind, as most of the items offered are made-to-order or custom made. 

We recommend you inspect all details shown in product photos and read product descriptions carefully. Please visit our size charts page for a thorough list of all the types of garments we offer. 

Please note that some garment colors may appear slightly different on a computer screen than it does in real life. Likewise, it is important to follow wash instructions, to avoid causing any color wash damage or damage to the materials.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped based on customer's choice at checkout, so shipping times will vary. Once tracking number is issued all issues including delayed delivery times or mis-delivered packages should go through the delivery service chosen (USPS, UPS, or DHL). 

All orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process before they are shipped. Process times may be extended during sales and holidays.

Once an order is processed, we cannot cancel or modify a shipment.

*PROCESSING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME

**SOME ITEMS SUCH AS LEGGINGS AND DRESSES ARE SUBJECT TO A PROCESSING TIME OF 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do ship to most countries including Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, The Middle East, South America, and Australia. Upon checkout we offer a few different shipping options and carriers including UPS and DHL. 

BY COMPLETING THE ORDER THE CUSTOMER IS IN AGREEMENT THAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OR ANY POSSIBLE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH TAXES, DUTIES, CUSTOMS OR SIMILAR CHARGES (INCLUDING VAT). ALSO, THE CUSTOMER IS IN AGREEMENT THAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ORIGINAL OUTGOING SHIPPING COST AND ALL SHIPPING COSTS FOR ANY ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED.
